I've developed this theme using as base another one that is equally good and was developed by robertO, and if I did it is because I asked for their permission and blessing. He did an excellent job and their original theme can be found in their web page, right here:

Binary, who made that cool Jaguar Cursor set, and Hugo (a brazilian buddy) who ported that nice Lucida Grande font from the original OS (and believe me, it's the best Lucida Grande font I ever seen!) also deserves a big applause.

And thanks a lot too to all the beta testers who did a great job, specially Fireball and elPincho who provided me with hi-res screenshots and their warm friendship. I made the wallpapers using an idea that gave susumu with their nice brushed wallpaper and some suggestions from Montovani.

Well, I think is impossible to mention to everybody, mainly because I’m unable to remember who port those cool OS X sounds, for example, but what we don’t must to forget is that Apple and their design team is finally, the responsible of the marvelous OS X.
